Fresh Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, eggs, oil and zucchini.
    Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, milk and vanilla and blend thoroughly.
    Stir in nuts and pour mixture into 2 greased and floured regular size loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
