Beverly'S Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese (can use fat-free)
    2 Tbsp. butter (omit for fat-free)
    1 Tbsp. dill seed
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 c. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Warm cheese and butter slightly.
    Add dill, onion, sugar, soda, salt and eggs.
    Beat until blended.
    Combine water and yeast; stir until blended.
    Stir into cheese mixture.
    Add flour. Knead.
    Let rise.
    Shape into 2 (8 x 4-inch) loaves.
    Rise to top of pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
