Ingredients

1/4 c. softened oleo
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chocolate, peanut butter or butterscotch chips
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, salt and soda.
Add to creamed mixture; mix. Stir in chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 4 dozen.
