Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
    1 small tomato
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions
    1 c. light cream
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 1-quart casserole. Cover with glass lid.
    Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high until browned.
    Drain well.
    Sprinkle over bottom of baked crust.
