Dark Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. lukewarm water
2 Tbsp. yeast or 2 pkg.
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. molasses (dark)
1/2 c. Crisco
6 c. white flour
6 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

To water, add sugar, salt, molasses and Crisco.
Add flour and knead well.
Let raise double in size.
Cut into the size you want your loaves, but this will make 3 regular size loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Very good with cheese on.
