Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed potatoes, hot
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. dry yeast, in 1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Let rise until double in size.
    (Note:
    Add some of the flour before the yeast mixture in order not to kill the yeast in a too hot mixture.)
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    With sharp knife, cut into squares, triangles or rectangles.
    Turn these geometric shapes in melted butter or oleo before placing in angel food tube pan.
    Build up with the shapes until pan is about 1/2 full. Sometimes I use two pans.
