Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped peppers
    1 1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 stick chopped celery
    2 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Rinse rice once.
    Bring the rice and 2 cups water to boil. Stir and cover with lid.
    Turn off heat; let set.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add onion; stir until tender.
    Add carrots, celery and peppers.
    Stir-fry until vegetables begin to be tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add rice.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce and Accent; stir until well blended.
    Serve hot.
