Ingredients

4 1/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 c. oleo
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
16 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream the sugars, Crisco, oleo and eggs, then add remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. When storing, put a slice of bread on top; this will keep cookies soft.
