Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar (white)
    1 c. oil (Crisco/Puritan)
    4 eggs
    1 can pumpkin (small)
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients, except raisins and nuts.
    Add oil, pumpkin and eggs (beat eggs before adding to recipe).
    Mix until batter is smooth.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into greased bread or muffin tins.
    Bake bread for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Bake muffins at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted into
    muffin comes out clean (approximately 20 to 25 minutes).
