Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 medium-sized ripe bananas with brown flecked peel, mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor or butter flavor
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together thoroughly.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Mix in bananas.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
Add alternately with sour milk to banana mixture.
Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Makes 1 loaf banana bread.
