Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dried hot crushed pepper
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 cake pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
