Herb Parmesan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried oregano
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, butter, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese,
    onion
    flakes, oregano and 3 cups of flour. Beat until blended\tand
    smooth, about 2 minutes.
    Add rest of flour or enough
    to make a stiff dough.
    Knead, adding flour until smooth and not
    sticky.
    Let
    rise in a warm place 45 minutes or until
    doubled
    in\tbulk.
    Punch
    down dough and knead a few minutes.
    Lightly
    grease one 2 quart casserole or 2 loaf pans. Turn
    into\tcontainers,
    butter
    top lightly and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon\tParmesan
    cheese.
    Let rise again and bake in a
    375\u00b0 oven
    preheated
    for
    50
    minutes
    (large casserole) or 30 to 40 minutes
    (2
    loaf
    pans)
    until nicely browned.
    Cool on wire racks.
    Serve warm.
