Quick Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
    slices apples to fill 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish half full
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. apple juice
    5 slices brown bread with crusts removed
Preparation
    Slice apples in 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
    Use generous amount of apples.
    Fill about 1/2 full.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and pour apple juice over apples.
    Cook until bubbly and hot thoroughly. Cut brown bread in 3 pieces.
    Remove crust.
    Pour over apples evenly.
    Mix egg, melted margarine, flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar and lemon flavoring.
    Mix ingredients and pour over bread slices.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 until golden brown.
