Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. ground cloves
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake for one hour or until done at 325\u00b0.
