Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 lb. light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. half and half cream
whipped cream for topping
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Gradually add butter and cream.
Mix until well combined. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm, topped with lightly sweetened whipped cream.
Serves 8.
