Old Fashion Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pkg. instant mashed potatoes
2 pkg. (1/4 oz.) dry yeast
2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
7 1/2 to 7 3/4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Make potatoes for 2 servings as label directs, omitting margarine.
Measure 1 cup.
In a large bowl put in water and sprinkle yeast over water.
Stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, salt, margarine and 3 1/2 cups flour.
Use electric mixer.
Mix at medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add 4 cups of flour and mix with hands until smooth and stiff enough to leave bowl.
Turn out onto floured tabletop.
Use 1/4 cup flour if more is needed.
