2 lb. potatoes, cut in quarters
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Toss potatoes with dressing and cheese, mixed.
Place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, until lightly brown.
