Ingredients

6 c. rolled oats
3 c. margarine
3 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix by hand until completely blended.
Roll into balls the size of a walnut. Flatten on cookie sheet with greased bottom of a drinking glass. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
