Lemon Sugar Snaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. superfine sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    finely grated rind of 2 lemons
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    sugar (topping)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
    In large bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg and lemon rind, extract and juice.
    Mix in dry ingredients.
    Wrap dough in plastic and chill dough overnight.
