Greek Bread* - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 c. low-fat oleo, softened
2 c. fat-free Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 green onion tops, chopped fine
4 oz. ripe olives, chopped fine
Preparation

Split French bread down the center lengthwise.
Mix together mayonnaise, oleo, cheese, garlic powder, green onions and olives. Spread over the French bread.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 25 to 35 minutes.
