Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini
    sour cream
    Cheddar cheese
    water (enough to cover bottom of pan; 1 c.)
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in fourths.
    Spoon out the seeds and boil on stove.
    Open whole down.
    Cook, uncovered, until zucchini is fairly soft (not mush).
    Take zucchini; place on platter.
    Spoon sour cream into zucchini, 1 to 2 teaspoons, then top with Cheddar cheese.
    Let sit for 5 minutes so the cheese can melt.
