Barbara'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 c. sugar
salt (is in butter)
2 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to mixture; mix well. Roll into small balls in sugar.
Press down with glass.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes until brown. Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
