1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Stir together in bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons cocoa.
Stir in milk, oil and nuts.
Spread in square cake pan.
