Pumpkin Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar; beat in eggs.
Measure all dry ingredients and sift to blend.
Stir pumpkin into creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients.
Pour into wax paper lined, bottom ungreased, tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
