Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini squash
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and shredded zucchini squash well. Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
