Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. flour
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter.
Add sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
Stir in beaten egg yolks, mixed with milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into custard cups and set in a pan of water (about 1 inch).
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven.
Check after 30 minutes.
