Homemade Bread In Coffee Cans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. Grape-Nuts
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 container Egg Beaters
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    1/2 c. water (warm), more if needed
Preparation
    Mix; knead and let rise until double in size.
    Put into greased coffee cans (13 ounce).
    Let rise until double.
    Bake in warm preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes until brown on top. Makes 3.
