Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small carton cottage cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli
    2 pkg. cornbread mix
Preparation
    Melt margarine in cast-iron skillet. Cook broccoli as stated on package and drain. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour back into skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Serve with pinto beans!
