Hot Bread(Pop Overs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine milk, flour, oil and salt. Beat on high speed for 1 minute. Add eggs one at a time. Grease 8 muffin tins. Fill cups 2/3 full. Set in cold oven. Turn heat to 425\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes. Let stand a minute.
