Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Beat all together in a bowl.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
Before baking, sprinkle tops of cookie with sugar.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until lightly brown.
When cool, store in pot or Tupperware with layers of wax paper in between.
Before serving, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
