Homemade Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) ketchup
1 (5 oz.) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. pure horseradish
1 Tbsp. Tabasco
1 can beer
2 Tbsp. butter
juice of 1 lemon
salt to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Simmer until thick.
Makes one quart. Really good with pork.
