Mini Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    refrigerator biscuits
    Ragu pizza sauce
    Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    sliced pepperoni
Preparation
    Mash the canned biscuits flat into a circle.
    Top with enough sauce to cover (about 1 tablespoon).
    Top with cheese and a slice of pepperoni.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
    Any desired toppings can be used.
    One can of sauce will cover about 30 biscuits.
    Refrigerate or freeze leftover sauce for later use.
