Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
Preparation

Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch or two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes in large pan or 55 to 60 minutes in smaller pans.
