Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar (white)
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all but white sugar and butter together.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Top with mixture of white sugar and butter mixed together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
