Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks; don't substitute!)
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    In bowl #1, mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In bowl #2, cream together butter and sugar, then add eggs, zucchini, extract, milk and nuts.
    Alternate wet and dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Spread into loaf pans and bake 1 hour.
    Let cool on racks.
    These freeze great for gifts.
