Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. shredded orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put almonds in a blender until finely ground.
Stir together almonds, powdered sugar, water, orange peel and vanilla.
Mix to a stiff paste.
Chill about an hour.
Shape dough into 8 (1 1/4-inch diameter) wafers.
Chill and serve.
