Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    about 1 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 large spoonful corn oil
Preparation
    Combine meal, flour and baking powder.
    Stir in milk, egg and oil.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pans.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
