Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Bridgeford frozen bread dough (3 loaves in pkg.)
    sliced smoked sausage (use approximately 1 lb. for pkg. of dough)
    chopped green onion
    diced bell pepper
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Thaw bread and let rise.
    Roll into rectangle shape.
    Layer sausage, onion, pepper and cheese.
    Fold over ends; roll and seal. Let rise until double in size on greased baking sheet.
    Brush top with beaten egg yolk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
