Chinese Sesame Cookies(Heung Yun Beng) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. powdered milk
    1 Tbsp. ice water
    1 lb. butter
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. baking soda
    5 tsp. cream of tartar
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. raw white sesame seed
Preparation
    In an electric mixer, mix all of the ingredients except the flour and sesame seed together.
    Add the flour.
    Be sure not to overmix at this point, you only want to mix it until it holds together. Roll dough into walnut size balls and then roll in the sesame seed.
    Place on a cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until cookies have irregular cracks on the surface.
