Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1 c. melted margarine
2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Stir 1/4 cup sugar and melted margarine.
Mix in the flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt. Stir in the nuts. Roll into small balls.
Push with thumb.
Bake on ungreased pan 20 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0. Frost with a dab of 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon flavoring and 1 tablespoon water with choice of food coloring.
