Nisu Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 1/2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Heat milk and butter to scalding point. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat eggs slightly and add to yeast. Add milk and mix well. Combine 5 cups of flour and the sugar in a bowl. Pour in milk mixture and stir until blended. Dough will be sticky. Pour onto a floured surface and knead 10 minutes. Add flour as needed. Place the dough in a greased bowl, turning the dough to cover with the grease. Cover and let dough rise until it is doubled in size. Turn dough out and divide into 3 balls. Either braid or lay on a cookie sheet or place each in a bread pan. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Makes 3 loaves.
