Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins
10 oz. date nuggets
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and make a well in the center.
Add all other ingredients in the well.
Mix well in mixer.
Place in pans and let set for 20 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
