Low-Fat Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unbleached self-rising flour
2 c. mashed ripe bananas (4 medium)
1/2 c. nonfat sour cream or nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. Sugar Twin
1/2 c. Butter Buds
2 Egg Scramblers or 4 egg whites
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease and flour only the bottoms and 1/2-inch up sides of two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Cream sugar and Butter Buds.
Add eggs, sour cream (or yogurt) and bananas; mix until blended.
Stir flour to moisten.
Fold in nuts and pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, remove to rack. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
