Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can consomme
    1 tsp. vinegar
    16 oz. can tomato paste
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onion and garlic, then add meat.
    Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
    Add mushrooms and cook 6 minutes, stirring often.
    Stir in consomme, vinegar and tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Blend in sour cream just before serving.
