Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. unsifted white flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg, cloves and ginger
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
