Streusel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 jar cherry or blueberry filling
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs; mix
    well.\tAlso add dry ingredients.
    Batter should be thick. Spread
    3/4
    of
    batter
    in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour
    pie filling over the batter.
    Add remaining batter; drop by teaspoons over top of filling.
