Harvest Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sour milk (sour milk by adding 1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    3 mashed ripe bananas
    1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped fine
    4 1/2 oz. raisins
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat first 8 ingredients in order given.
    Then add remaining 4 ingredients and stir until well blended.
    Grease and flour two bread pans (medium) and split batter between the two pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool another 10 to 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
