Fried Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute over low heat in heavy skillet the macaroni, chopped onion and vegetable oil.
Stir until macaroni turns slightly yellow and add the tomato juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to low boil.
Cover; reduce heat to lowest setting and cook for 15 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
