Rice San Luis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Rice, cooked
1 c. Sour cream
1 Can diced chilis
1 c. Monteray Jack cheese, grated
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Stir rice and sour cream together. Put half the mixture into a casserole dish. Top with diced chilis and Monteray Jack cheese. Add remaining rice and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. gas mark 4 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6-8.
