Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
2 large beaten eggs
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 cup fresh cooked or canned pumpkin
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease one 9 x 5 or 5 3/4 x 3 1/2 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, orange juice, and pumpkin.
Beat until light.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice in another bowl.
Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture.
Stir in walnuts and raisins.
Pour into prepared loaves.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes for large loaf or 35 to 40 minutes for small loaves.
